We carry parts for our franchise equipment however, we can source almost anything a farmer requires if it is available.

Service

Just  like a car, tractors and agricultural equipment needs to be serviced regularly to ensure longevity and maximum efficiency.

The team of nine staff in the Redline Tractor's workshop are dedicated to providing the best in after sales service support and no job is too big or too small.

The team are specially trained for farm equipment and if your equipment breaks down the Redline Tractors team can come out with a special transporter, pick up your broken down equipment and take it back to their workshop, which allows you to continue to work.

The team also understand that breakdowns can affect productivity so their aim is to get the machine back up and running as soon as possible.

Sales

Not only does Redline Tractors have dedicated parts and service teams, but three sales team members are on the road, out and about talking to farmers about their needs and requirements.

The team provide advice to customers who can't make it into the Timaru store.  The salesmen all come from a farming or mechanical background so they know the specific needs of farmers and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure top quality service and products are provided.
