Economic forecasting with an entertaining twist.

Andrew manages the Infometrics team of five economists who have expertise in a range of economic consulting, analysis and forecasting.

Andrew is directly involved with the production of the firm’s regular forecasts covering New Zealand, and key overseas economies, as well as detailed Building and Transport forecasts. He also undertakes a wide range of consulting projects.

As part of Infometrics' regular work with clients Andrew presents around 50-60 seminars/presentations a year to clients and to one-off business conferences and in-house business planning sessions.

Andrew graduated from Canterbury University’s Lincoln College in 1976 with a masters degree in agricultural economics. He spent four years in London working for the National Farmers Union, before returning to New Zealand, and after a brief stint with Business and Economic Research Ltd, joined Gareth Morgan in establishing Infometrics in 1983.
